We need an international recognition for Romanian Neurosurgery

This last issue of our journal presents more interesting articles and case presentations.

Large number of submissions required a rigorous selection for the articles published in print journal and for the articles published online only.

This last issue of Romanian Neurosurgery for 2011 seems to be the last issue with the B+ category, because the National Research Council (CNCS) announced there are no national quotation for Romanian scientific journals; therefore only Romanian ISI journals will be considered.

Romanian neurosurgeons and the academic community must be interested in the maintaining of our national journal and to obtain this ISI quotation.

Editorial board hopes we all will write and will publish in Romanian Neurosurgery.

We wish to all our friends a very nice end of 2011 and a Happy New Year!
